Course objectives and programmatic details:

Modern Teaching Methods - CLIL and Experiential Education

COURSE OVERVIEW

Welcome to our course on modern teaching methods, designed to equip educators with innovative strategies that prioritize learner engagement and foster holistic development. In an era where traditional teaching approaches are evolving, this course delves into contemporary methodologies such as Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL), outdoor education, and experimental education.

Throughout the week, you will explore the principles of learner-centered education, emphasizing the importance of adapting teaching practices to meet the diverse needs of students. By shifting the focus from teacher-led instruction to a more collaborative and interactive learning environment, we aim to empower students to take charge of their own learning journey.

This course will also take place outdoors, incorporating sightseeing and field trips that enhance the learning experience. Participants will engage with the environment directly, applying what they learn in dynamic settings that inspire creativity and collaboration. By stepping outside the classroom, learners encounter new environments and contexts, enriching their educational experience and stimulating critical thinking.

Join us as we embark on this transformative journey, where you’ll not only gain valuable insights but also connect with fellow educators dedicated to fostering a dynamic and responsive learning atmosphere. Let’s inspire the next generation together!
