Erasmus+ Courses

How to participate?

In the European Erasmus+ Programme participation at training courses is called mobility – Key Action 1 (KA1). Individual teachers cannot apply directly for funding. Instead their schools/institutions/organisations have to write the grant proposals. Schools/institutions/organisations apply to their own National EU Agency for Erasmus+ funding in order to send staff to training courses.

Two options:

If your school/organization has already obtained a grant: check our training courses offer to see which training meets your professional development needs. Once having selected the course, please contact us to obtain all the details about the chosen course as well as about financial and organizational matters.

If your school/organization is planning to apply for a grant: you need to submit a project application to your National Agency. European Teachers Academy can guide you step by step through the whole process of application and can also assist you with project writing completely free of charge. Contact us for more information. We work both via email and Skype video conferences to prepare a successful application. Please note that there is just one deadline, usually in February each year so don’t miss it! If your organization didn’t apply, you’ll have to wait until next year for grant approval.
